09英国全能强人挑战赛(图)
在号称保证安全下，全球最危险体力精神双重挑战的强人挑战赛，2月1日在英国乡间的一个农场如火如荼地展开了。大赛共设置了包括泥浆、冰水、绳索和火场等在内的12个障碍。数以千计的男女参赛者们参加了这次困难重重的耐力赛，其中几百人都因为精疲力尽或骨折、错位等伤害退出了比赛，其中更有600人有体温过低的症状。即使是总冠军James Appleton也在赛中因体温过低而接受过短暂治疗。这次挑战赛同时也是一次慈善募捐活动，善款将全部捐给作为比赛场地的农场。该牧场饲养着数百匹退役马匹，也同时为很多青少年罪犯提供工作机会。[img=990,639]http://cache.boston.com/universal/site_graphics/blogs/bigpicture/tough_02_02/t01_17823401.jpg[/img]
